Christina M. Reall, 87 years old, of Narragansett, passed away surrounded by her family on August 27, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence Reall. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of Bernard and Nora (Burke) Carroll. Christina was a switchboard operator for Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, in North Providence, until her retirement.
She is survived by her six children, Lawrence Reall, Jr., Noreen Farrelly, Maura Hughes (David), Kathleen Ryan (Rod), Patricia Bieniek (Michael), and Christopher Reall (Nancy). She was the proud grandmother of 18 grandchildren, the late Christa Hughes, Katie Hughes, Patrick Ryan, Meaghan Blais, Hannah Morse, Shane Farrelly, Brendan Ryan, Gaelin Reall, Bridget Bieniek, David Hughes Jr., Jesse Bieniek, Sean Reall, Darcy Bieniek, Christopher Reall Jr., Tyler Bieniek, Quinn Bieniek, Nora Claire Reall, and Oliver Reall, and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Bernard Carroll (Carol), and her sister, Maureen Carey (Raymond).
Christina was a faithful communicant of St. Augustine Church, in Providence, where she considered herself a lifelong parishioner. She loved music and dancing, particularly traditional Irish music. Her interests included golfing with her husband during their 26 years residing in Florida, before she returned to Rhode Island in 2016. Always up for an adventure, she thoroughly enjoyed her many, albeit sometimes spontaneous, outings with her children, such as whale watching, visiting historic New England sites, and most of all her treasured summers at Waterman Lake. Her greatest joy came from spending time with family.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to a Mass of Christian Burial on September 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Saint Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Providence.
