Rose Primeau, 98 of Scituate, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2026. Born on November 22, 1927 in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Marai (Serpa) Dabney. Rose was the devoted wife of the late Clifford Primeau.

Rose worked as an Inspector at the former Imperial Knife Company in Providence for over 30 years. She loved gardening in her yard and baking.

She is survived by her loving brother, John Dabney and his wife, Alice Dabney. Rose also shared a very special bond with her great-niece, Kimberly (Andreozzi) Wilson and her husband Christopher Wilson and their family whose love, devotion, and constant presence brought her great comfort and joy throughout the years. She was the sister of the late Mary Arnold and William Dabney.
