Ann Marie Hoxie

Ann Marie Hoxie, 68, of East Greenwich, passed away November 13, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.  She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jerome W. Hoxie, Jr.  Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late John and Mildred (Morrissey) Rogers.

Mrs. Hoxie was the owner of the former Alternative Bookkeeping Services.  She was a former member of the E.G.B.P.W., the BNI of RI and had sat on the board of the Women’s Wilderness Weekend of RI.

She was a devout Roman Catholic and a member of Our Lady of Mercy Church.  Her kindness knew no bounds; she was a generous contributor to many charities and her selflessness will leave a lasting mark on all who knew her.  She will be greatly missed.

Besides her husband she is survived by her daughters, Stephanie A. Hoxie, Eleanor J. Woulfe and her husband Dana and Kathryn F. Hoxie; grandchildren, Valerie, Cassandra, Parker and Rhys; great granddaughter, Kinsley; and siblings, Helen Lake, John Rogers and Patricia Baribault.  She was the sister of the late Margaret McCormick and Thomas Rogers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 17 ^th at 10:00am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., East Greenwich.  Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Greenwich.  Calling hours:  Friday, November 16 ^th 4-8pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the National Alliance of Mental Illnes, ifundraise.nami.org
