B. Janice Mastronardi

B. Janice Mastronardi, 82, passed away May 2, 2021. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Anthony D. Mastronardi. Born in Providence she was a daughter of the late John and Linda (Santopiertro) Spirito.

She met her husband while working as florists at the former Carol Flower Shop in Providence. She co-owned and operated the former S.S. Victoria Restaurant in Providence and the former Victoria House Restaurant in Providence. She had also worked at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick as a front desk operator/concierge for over two decades, and most recently worked at the Pasta Patch in Warwick.

Besides her husband she is survived by three children; Janet A. M. Stanton and her husband William, Julie-anne Zarrella and her husband Mark and Judith Dumas and her husband Craig; five grandchildren Ian Mochrie , Nolan Mochrie , Greyson Ford , Mia Zarrella and Harrison Dumas and siblings Frank Spirito, John Spirito, Jr., and Elaine Colletti. She was the sister of the late Anne Marie Pontarelli.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend A Mass of Christian Burial on Friday May 7 ^th at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., East Greenwich. Burial will be private. Calling hours: Thursday May 6 ^th 4-7 pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.
