Carl E. Stoker, Sr.

Carl E. Stoker, Sr., of Riverside, Rhode Island passed away peacefully at Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Care Center on Thursday, August 4, 2022. Carl was born in Newport, RI on February 14, 1947 to the late Edward "Chappy" Stoker and Rita Stein Stoker. Carl is survived by five children, 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. His siblings Deborah Stoker Raposa of Middletown, RI, David Stoker and his wife Debbie Stoker of Middletown, and Caren Stoker Cole and her husband David Cole of Newport, and the late Linda Diane Stoker and many nieces and nephews. Carl was a Vietnam Veteran serving with the USMC. Carl worked for Electric Boat Division, General Dynamics until retirement. An avid gardener and shopper, he also enjoyed collecting Marine Corp memorabilia, coins and vintage cars. Services will be private. J.F.
