Carolyn A. Perretta

Carolyn A. Perretta, 81, of East Greenwich, passed away on December 28, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.  She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Anthony E. Perretta.  Born in East Greenwich, she was a daughter of the late Irene (Rivers) and Howard Wilcox, Sr.

Mrs. Perretta worked as a bank teller at various banks.  Her faith and her family were her priorities.  Along with going to daily Mass, she lived her life to take care of her family and grandchildren.

Besides her husband she is survived by 7 children:  David Perretta and his wife Debra, Jean and Claire Perretta, Paula Durvin and her husband Tom and Stephen, Edward and Anthony Perretta; 5 grandchildren:  Diane Cook, Sarah and Elizabeth Durvin and Henry and Katherine Perretta.  She was the sister of the late Howard Jr., Robert and Philip Wilcox and Margaret Bristol.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 4 ^th at 10:00am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., East Greenwich.  Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Greenwich.  Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
