Carolyne R. Fagan

Carolyne R. Fagan, 93, of Providence, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2026. She was born on May 20, 1933, to the late Edward Fagan and Helen (Hearne) Fagan.

Carolyne was a loving mother to her children, Ed Silvia and Laura Shaw, who will cherish her memory and the moments they shared.

Carolyne will be lovingly remembered by her family, who will hold close the memories of a life shared and the special moments that will forever remain in their hearts. May her memory be a lasting source of comfort to all who knew and loved her.
