Charles “Charlie” W. Henninger, age 71, passed away in his home in North Providence, RI on April 4 th , 2023.

He was born on July 7 th , 1951 to his parents Robert Henninger and Alice Levesque in Providence, RI.

Charlie attended Pilgrim High School in Warwick, RI, class of 1969.  He then attended Bryant University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and his master’s degree in business.

He was married to Annmarie Henninger, with whom he had his only child, Lisa-Marie Kennedy on November 13 th , 1985.  After separating, he spent his remaining years with his partner, Roseanne Lemonde.

Charlie had a diverse professional career.  He spent many years as an accountant, was self-employed as a shipping systems IT specialist, he sold and repaired cars, and also performing a variety of handy-work for friends, family, and clients alike.  He spent his life working to provide for those he loved.

In his personal time, he loved going out on his boat, watching NASCAR, fiddling with computers, upkeeping his home, and tinkering in the garage with his 1965 Ford Thunderbird.

Charlie is survived by his life partner Roseanne Lemonde, daughter Lisa-Marie Kennedy (Chris Kennedy), mother of his daughter Annmarie Henninger, granddaughter Brynn Kennedy, siblings Dianne Stang (Philip Stang), Robert Henninger (Cindy Henninger), Andrew Henninger (Claire Savastano), and Margaret Walsh (Harry Illingsworth), as well as nieces, nephews, and friends. Charlie is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Henninger and Alice Levesque.

His funeral and burial will be private.
