Christopher D. Gardner

Christopher D. Gardner, lovingly known as Chris, passed away on May 16, 2025, at the age of 57. He was the cherished son of the late Lori Gardner, brother to Roxanne Gardner and leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to those he held dear.
Chris is survived by his lifelong partner and closest friend, Barbara Quigley; his beloved children, Rose Molina, Billy Quigley, and Maria Ventre; and his adored grandchildren, Sianna Molina, Zoey Molina, Emmie Feliz, and Charlie Ventre. As a grandfather, he was playful, present, and always ready with a joke to make his grandkids smile.
Known for his larger-than-life personality and boundless generosity, Chris had a rare gift for making people feel seen and loved. His humor and warmth touched the hearts of all who knew him, and he never missed a chance to bring joy into a room—whether with a well-timed joke or a surprise visit, often walking miles just to say, “I missed you.”
Though life took him far at times, Chris’s love for his children and grandchildren never wavered. Any mention of them would light him up like sunshine, and he never hesitated to share his pride in the people they had become.
Chris was also a treasured mentor and friend to Nixon Lemus and a loving presence in the lives of Nixon’s children. His ability to connect with others and make them feel like family was one of his most enduring gifts.
He will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and forever loved.
