Claire G. Croteau, 97, formerly of Ferncrest Dr., Pawtucket, peacefully passed away on January 8, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward “Larry” Croteau for 58 years.  Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Louis A. and Laura (Tetreault) St. Germain.

She was the devoted mother of Jan Deutsch (Bill), of Wakefield, Marie Leclair (Will), of Charlotte, NC and Rick Croteau (Kathy), of Charlestown; the sister of Dorothy Cloos; the loving grandmother of Amy, Holly, Lynn, Sarah, Ellen, Jenny and David and great grandmother of Zachary, Clara, Jacob, Nolan, Mateo and Elias.  She was the sister of the late Louis F. St. Germain, George St. Germain, Lawrence “Laurie” Hardy and Therese Tetreault.

Funeral Saturday, January 13 th at 9:00am from the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.  Mass of Christian Burial will at 10:00am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., East Greenwich.  Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.  Calling hours:  Friday, January 12th 4-7pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Scalabrini Villa Staff Appreciation Fund.  www.scalabrinivilla.com
