Constance Bloomer

Constance Bloomer, 92, of Providence, passed away on February 13th 2025 after a lengthy illness. She was born October 30th 1932 in Attleboro, MA. She was the daughter of William Chaplow and Teresa Mulcahey. Constance was the beloved wife of the late William Bloomer. She is survived by her 3 children: Darlene Kupis and her husband John of North Providence, Constance Chaplow and her partner Alice Johnson of Warwick and Thomas Tinkham and partner Jackie Insana of North Providence. She was predeceased by her siblings William, John, James, Theresa and Anita. She has 3 Granddaughters and 5 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
