David J. Delaire

David J. DeLaire, E.G.P.D. (Ret.), 64, passed away June 18, 2016. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late John and Mary (Carrier) DeLaire.

Mr. DeLaire was a Police Officer for the Town of East Greenwich for 30 years and a USMC veteran. He was a car fanatic and a supporter of Doberman Rescue.

He is survived by his siblings: Gary J. and Brian M. Delaire and Lynn A. Weitzel, his forever friend Pat Tourtellotte and family and his dog Jack.

Calling hours will be Thursday 10:00am-12:00pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich. Committal with military honors will follow at the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Doberman Rescue LTD.
