David A. Moore

David Allen Moore of North Kingstown, 70 years old passed away on January 17, 2023 after an extended illness. He was the loving and devoted husband of Lisa Moore (Dumont) who he was married to for 42 years.  David was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia and was the son of the late Wayman and Mabel Moore. He is survived by his wife Lisa, daughters Sarah Ladd wife of Jeff Ladd and Ashley Moore, Jeff Laychak, Mother-in- law Ellen Dumont and 4 grandchildren. He is also survived by his two brothers Junior and Albert Moore and many nieces and nephews.  Spending time with his family was most important to him and he loved them all dearly.

To all in his family he was known as a devoted Sports fanatic, Lakers fan and fantasy football guru.  Most importantly he was a Dallas Cowboy fan and did get to see them finally beat Tom Brady on Monday night football!  Dave was born and raised in West Virginia where he enjoyed music, especially Motown and Soul in his “garage” with his friends.   Butch, we will miss your funny sense of humor and smile!
