David Julio Roldan

David Julio Roldan, 43, died on the 22nd of October at the Veterans Memorial Hospital in Providence, RI. David was born on the 20th of February 1978 in The Bronx, New York to Margie Cotto and his late father David Jesus Roldan. He gained his high school diploma at Job Corps in Worcester, MA and went on to serve in the Military from 1999 to 2003 earning an Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and a Marksman Qualification Badge with Rifle Bar throughout his term. He also served as a Petroleum Vehicle Operator both in and out of the Military. David was a kind soul, one of the kindest people you could ever meet and will be sorely missed. He is survived by his mother, Margie Cotto, Grandmother, Eloina Roldan, Daughter, Maya Johnson, Sister, Christina Cotto, Nephew, Christopher Cotto, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Services will be held this Saturday, October 30th at the J. F. Skeffington Funeral Home and Cremations 925 Chalkstone Ave., Providence, RI from 1PM to 5PM with a short service beginning at 4:30PM.
