Deborah Ann (Lusignan) Femino, 70, of North Providence, RI, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 18, 2026. She was the devoted wife of Placido J. Femino, Jr., with whom she shared many years of love, companionship, and cherished memories. Born in Providence, RI on November 30, 1955, Deborah was the beloved daughter of the late John J. Lusignan and Dorothy (Gaffett) Lusignan.
A gifted and creative woman, Deborah had a deep passion for the arts. She was a talented artist who loved to paint and draw, expressing herself beautifully through her creativity. She also found joy in sewing and writing poetry, hobbies that reflected her gentle spirit, imagination, and thoughtful nature.
Deborah was a proud graduate of the Community College of Rhode Island, and throughout her life she carried herself with quiet strength, kindness, and grace. She cherished time spent with her loved ones and will be remembered for her warm heart, artistic soul, and the love she shared so freely with family and friends.
Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her devoted husband, her loved ones, and all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
