Donald E. Stewart

72, born in Washington State and a resident of Crandall Street, Providence passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019. He was the husband of Rosemary (Kane) Stewart for 46 loving years. He also leaves his daughter, Andrea Stewart, fiancé of Andrew Gregory and his grand-dog, Queenie, of Cranston. Sister-in-laws Eileen Picchioni and her husband Peter of Woonsocket, Marlene Berube of Chepachet, RI and Kathleen Kane Woonsocket and brother-in-law David Kane and his wife Kim of Glendale, RI along with many nieces and nephews. Donald worked in maintenance for most of his life. He loved all pets and was an avid fan of NASCAR. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St Raymond Church, 1240 North Main Street, Providence on Tuesday at 10am to which relative and friends are invited. Visiting hours will be held Monday from 5-7pm in the J. F. Skeffington Chapel, 925 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence.
