Edward "Ed" Burkhardt

age 57, of East Providence, RI passed away the morning of Wednesday, July 22nd. Ed was born to the late Adeline and William Burkhardt and was one of ten children. A longtime resident of East Providence, RI, Ed was an honest, hardworking and generous member of the community, known and loved by many. Ed was a proud father of three to Mary Lou, Joshua and Heather Burkhardt. He was also a true definition of the best grandfather on earth to three grandchildren Jayvon, Jayden and Anaiyah Walmsley. Ed, the number one Giants fan, will be missed tremendously by all who encountered him. Relatives and Friends are invited to services held on Wednesday, July 29th from 6pm - 8pm at Bread of Life on 20 North Blossom Street, East Providence, RI 02914.
