Edward J. Quinton, Iii

Edward J. Quinton, III, 44, of Warwick, passed away July 14, 2017. He was the husband of Heather M. (Starck) Quinton. Born in Providence, he was the son of Edward J. Quinton, Jr. and Susan E. (Sheppard) Hardy and the step son of Kevin L. Hardy.

The most important thing in Ed’s life was his children. He loved listening to music and playing the guitar, especially with his daughter, as well as going to sports events and the beach with his son. He also enjoyed fishing and golfing and was an avid sports fan.

His intellect, wit and humor brought smiles to many.

Besides his wife, parents and step father, he is survived by his children Kaitlin and Aidan Quinton, a sister Erin Quinton-Erban and maternal gradmother Edith L. (House) Sheppard. He was proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents Edward J. Quinton, Sr. and Virginia (Driscoll) Quinton and maternal grandfather George V. Sheppard, Jr.

His funeral will be private. Calling hours: Sunday, July 23rd 5-8pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.
