Elizabeth B. (Betsy) Agin

Elizabeth B. (Betsy) Agin, born June 11, 1940, to the late Russell and Barbara (Goodale) Bacon, sadly has moved onto her next chapter, leaving this life April 6, 2025. She was cared for in her final days by her loving daughter and son-in-law in their home. Betsy was the wife of the late Edward J. Agin.

Betsy retired from the Narragansett Medical Building, as Building Manager in 2011. She loved spending her retirement reading. Her favorites were who-done-its and was an avid animal lover. Betsy lived her life the way she saw fit.

Betsy is survived by her two children Robert Esty, Jr. (Vicki) and Barbara Gordon (David); brothers Daniel Bacon and Jonathan Bacon (Ann); eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two stepchildren Dolores Gagnon (Roland) and Mary King. She was the stepmother of the late Anne Stedman and Mathew Agin.

She will be missed by her family and friends alike.

Calling hours: Friday April 11, 2025, will be held from 5-7 pm at the Fagan Quinn Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Rd., North Kingstown under the direction of the HILL - SKEFFINGTON FUNERAL HOME of EAST GREENWICH. Her funeral and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope Hospice, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904, or to the ASPCA, or to your local Animal Rescue Shelter.
