Ethel Sylvia Glanville

78, of Manville, Rhode Island passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, January 18, 2018. She was daughter of the late Harry Saucier and Blanch (Blanchard) Saucier. She is survived by her great-grandchildren: Ariannah Mcgonigle of Lincoln, Jharis and Jordin Mcgonigle of Lincoln, grandson Jason Mcgonigle of Lincoln, her brothers Arthur, Joseph and Butch Saucier and her sisters Lola Gaulin, Harriet, Lucile and Violet Saucier of Woonsocket. She was mother to the late Robin Mcgonigle and the late Robert Mcgonigle. A one-time resident of Manhattan, NY, Boston, MA and then, finally, of Lincoln, Rhode Island. She cherished her family!! Her joy in life was helping all the people she came across, animals especially. “Be gentle and kind,” she would say “if you have a bad day, it’s your own fault." She will be missed... Visiting hours in the J. F. Skeffington Chapel, 925 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence on Saturday, January 27th from 11am-12pm with a service at 12pm. Burial will be Private.
