James T. Prior

October 21, 1940 - May 20, 2021 James T. Prior passed away Thursday, May 20th, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Joan, and their four children, Joanne Prior; Sean Prior and his wife, Marcy; Patrick Prior and his wife, Angela; Maureen Pelonzi and her husband, David. Jim was the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was the brother of Rita Potenza, the late John Prior, and the late William Prior. James was a dedicated mason with Bricklayer’s Local #1 for 50 years. A Classic Car enthusiast, he attended many Concours d’ Elegance along the East Coast. Many memories were made by sharing his 1964 Morgan +4 with his wife, children, and grandchildren. Jim and Joan traveled to many destinations, including Malvern, England with their stately Morgan +4 to participate in the rally titled “The 100th Year of Morgans”.
