Janet "Jan" E. Hackett

Janet E. “Jan” Hackett, 72 of North Kingstown, passed away on December 28, 2017.  She was the wife of the late Raymond J. Hackett.  Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Matthew and Virginia (Lucas) Hughes.

Mrs. Hackett had worked as a receptionist and secretary at the Dunes Club in Narragansett.

She is survived by her sons; Craig S. Skiles and his wife Sandra and Christopher B. Skiles and grandchildren; Alexander and Morgan Skiles.  She was the sister of the late Deborah McFall.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, January 2 ^nd at 10:30am at St. Francis de Sales Church, School St. North Kingstown.  Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.  Calling hours are omitted.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Friends of St. Elizabeth Home.
