Jason Charles Lanni

Jason Charles Lanni, 44, of Rumford, passed away at RI Hospital surrounded by his loved ones on July 29, 2023. Jason is survived by his father John Lanni of Rumford, a son Johnathan Lanni of East Providence, and two sisters Brandy Lanni of Pawtucket and Shayna Cruz of Rumford along with 5 nieces and a nephew. Predeceased by his mom Rebecca Lanni of East Providence. Jason worked in the Pest Control field for 24 years. Jason was one of the most caring, outgoing and giving persons on the planet. Always putting others before himself. He loved fishing, drawing, reptiles and spending time with his family and friends. He adored his son in every way possible. In Jason’s brief 44 years he left a lasting impact on everyone he came in contact with. He will be dearly missed. Arrangements entrusted to the J.F. Skeffington Funeral Home and Cremations, 925 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence. There will be a viewing Friday, August 11th from 5:00-7:00pm in the funeral home chapel.
