Joan C. Blinkhorn

Joan C. Blinkhorn, 85, of North Kingstown, passed away December 18, 2021.  She was the wife of the late Peter A. Blinkhorn.  Born in South Kingstown, she was the daughter of the late Aubrey H. and Lillian W. (Williams) Phillips.

Mrs. Blinkhorn was a loving homemaker and enjoyed cake decorating.

She is survived by; her granddaughters Katie Noland (Bill) and Kelly Blinkhorn, great grandson Andy Noland, daughter in law Deborah G. Blinkhorn, brother Aubrey L. Phillips and nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her beloved son Steven A. Blinkhorn.

Funeral Service Wednesday, December 22 ^nd at 11:00am at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00am to 11:00am.  Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Following CDC guidelines for a state facility, everyone entering RI Veterans Cemetery Chapel, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a face covering.
