Joseph Vincent Jr.

Joseph Vincent Jr. went home to be with the Lord on February 28th, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Providence, RI on December 27th 1947 to Joseph and Rose (Ferreira) whom he loved and cared for until their passing. Lovingly guided throughout his life by his dear Uncle Louie Vincent whom he cared for until his passing as well. His beloved brother Kenny greeted him at Heavens Gate along with other deceased family members! He leaves behind his precious sister Rosemary Weeks (Jim) of Johnston, RI. Joseph leaves behind his wife, Linda (Cardoza) with whom he shared 39 wonderful years of marriage. Joseph also leaves behind his three sons and their children. Joseph Vincent Jr of Connecticut ( Sue) and their children Joshua, Joey, Benjamin and Emma. Marc Vincent of Taunton and his children Jeff, Jake, Matt, and Max. Youngest son Jonathan (Jackie) Vincent of Riverside and their son Spencer Manuel. Joseph worked for the Providence Gas Company since he was a young adult eventually becoming a supervisor and trainer. He loved his job and the work he did. He leaves behind his closest friend of 50 years, Jimmy Shanley, of Cranston, RI. Joe loved being outside tending his vegetable garden, spending time with his grandchildren on the Cape and watching classic western films. He was the loving "Dean" (Godfather) of Jimmy Weeks of New Hampshire and Candice (Dechellis) of North Carolina. "Deus Abencoes, Dad" Arrangements entrusted to the J.F.
