Joseph Andre Richard

Joseph Andre Richard, 83, of Naples, FL and Charlestown passed away June 11, 2016. He was the husband of the late Barbara A. (Stanton) Richard. Born in Providence he was a son of the late William and Margaret (Hanley) Richard.

He is survived by four children: Francis Richard and wife Martha, Margaret Richard, Joseph Richard, Jr. and wife Lee and William Richard and wife Sue; a brother, Gerard Richard, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday June 17th at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., E. Greenwich. Burial with military honors will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation prior to mass will be from 8:30-9:30 am in the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., E. Greenwich. In lieu of flowers donations in his name may be made to the Salvation Army.
