Judy A. Higgins

Higgins, Judy A., 77, of North Kingstown, passed away January 15, 2019.  She was the wife of the late Allen L. Higgins.  Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Emile "Freddy" and Madeline (Warburton) Shadeck.

Mrs. Higgins had worked and was a well known cashier at Stop and Shop.  She enjoyed the slots and was a member of the "777 Club" and the "Wampum Club".

She is survived by her children, Kimberly A. Hill, NPD (Ret.) and husband Wil Hill, RISP, (Ret.), Kerrie Mazur, EGPD and Jason A. Higgins; grandchildren, Alexa, Linden, Morgan, Hayden, Jamisen, Maysen and Carsen; and siblings, Barbara Hopp, Ronald Shadeck and Alan Shadeck. She was the sister of the late Frederick Shadeck.

F uneral Service, Saturday, January 19 ^th at 10:00am at Harbor Church, 263 Waites Corner Rd., West Kingston.  Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.  Calling hours:  Friday, January 18 ^th 4-7pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.
