Karen A. Quirk

Karen A. Quirk (Daigle) (Ciarmello), a lifelong resident of Rhode Island died on May 31, 2023 peacefully in her home at the age of 68.

Karen is survived by her husband Robert Quirk, her son Joe Ciarmello, her two step sons Mark Quirk and Eric Quirk, her stepdaughter Christine Ciarmello as well as her brother Paul Daigle. She is predeceased by her mother Marie Daigle and father Alfred Daigle and stepson Ryan Quirk.

Karen graduated from Warwick Vets High School and worked for the State of Rhode Island Department of Human Services for 30 years.

Karen was a devoted wife and a wonderful mother who always put others before herself. She was also an avid cook and loved to host events at her home. Being with her friends and traveling were some of her many passions in life, but nothing came before taking care of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by many.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday June 7th at 10:00 am at St. Gregory the Great Church, Cowesett Rd., Warwick. Burial will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Calling hours: Tuesday June 6th from 4-7 pm in the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society www.donate.cancer.org
