Kathleen G. Souls

Kathleen G. Souls, 84, of East Greenwich, passed away August 9, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Thomas J. Souls, Jr. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Edwin and Kathleen (Devlin) Martinson.

Mrs. Souls had worked as a travel agent and had been a former member of Quidnessett Country Club.

Besides her husband she is survived by her children; Thomas E. Souls and his wife Susan, James M. Souls and his wife Amy, Rosemarie S. Norcross and her husband Thomas and Jeanmarie LaMothe and her husband William; a sister Rosemarie Presbrey, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters, Ursula Benson and Joan Elting.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, August 16th at 11:00am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., East Greenwich. Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation will be prior to the Mass from 9:30am to 10:30am at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hope Hospice Care of RI.
