Kenneth J. Bamford

Kenneth J. Bamford, 75, passed away December 9, 2024. He was the partner to the late Petra Long. Born in Providence he was a son of the late John G. and Beatrice (Jackson) Bamford.

Ken owned Bamford Signs in Coventry for over 50 years. As a graphic design specialist, he painted and lettered many race cars as well as commercial and residential signage. He was an avid race car enthusiast and driver.

Ken was a proud and great Dad who raised his daughter by himself, and his family meant everything to him.

He is survived by his daughter Brooke B. Bamford (Tyler), grandson Samuel and his sister Kathleen R. Kaiser, and many friends. He was the father of the late Faye Bamford and the brother of the late Jack Bamford and Brian Bamford.

Calling hours: Sunday December 15th from 4-6 pm at the Hill - Skeffington Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich. His funeral and burial will be private.
