Kenneth Rodney Delves

passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at the Pawtucket Center Retirement Home. He was married to his wife, Evangeline Delves, on December 5, 1959. Born in Providence, RI on December 21, 1939, he was a son of the late Manny and Althea Delves. A resident of Providence, RI for his entire life, Kenneth was a night club owner. He enjoyed music, dancing, and fashion. He was known for his stylish suits and loud voice. He leaves to cherish his memories, three children: Kenneth R. Delves, Jr., Debra Delves and Damita Delves all of Providence RI. He's also survived by his late brothers Manny and Charlie Delves along with his one surviving brother, David Delves of New York, as well as his sister, Joan Crichton of Canada. He also leaves his 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a host of loving niece and nephews. Funeral Services will be at the Elmwood Avenue Church of God, 297 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, RI on Tuesday, April 21,2015 at 11:00am. Visiting hours at the church from 9:30-11:am. Relatives are warmly invited. Burial will be private.
