Linda M. Mcconney-Rico

Linda M. McConney-Rico, 55, of East Greenwich, passed away February 21, 2017. Born in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of Masako (Matsuoka) McConney and the late Irvine McConney, Sr.

Linda was employed as a Human Resources Specialist for the Providence VA Hospital. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Fitchburg State College and was a graduate of Ayer High School inMassachusetts. Linda’s beautiful smile and gentle touch warmed every heart she encountered.

Besides her mother she is survived by her children, triplets; Diego, Miyako and Isabela, her brothers; Irvine, Jr., Yasuhiro “Chip”, Peter and Tyrone McConney and her former husband Jorge Rico.

A Graveside Service will be held Friday, March 3rd at 11:00am at Glenwood Cemetery, East Greenwich. Calling hours: Thursday, March 2nd 5-8pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich. Linda loved helping US military veterans so in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the USO (secure.uso.org).
