Lorraine Marie Noel

Lorraine Marie Noel was born March 3rd, 1960 and sadly departed from us on April 25th, 2024. Lorraine, known to many as “Ma,” was a daughter to the late Arlene Santanelli (81 years old) and the late Thomas Santanelli Jr (56 years old), sister to Thomas Santanelli III and Steven Santanelli, a mother to Peter “Pj” Santanelli and Chad T Noel, a grandmother to Franco Fernandes, Selina Santanelli, Celeste Santanelli, and Angelina Santanelli, as well as having many loving nieces and nephews. Lorraine Noel was the most empathic and giving woman with an extreme love for her family and animals. No matter how hard the care for the animal may be or the money needed to care for them properly, she always found a way to better their life.
