Louis Richard Fico

Louis Fico, 85, of Warwick, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 7th, 2026 at the Hope Hospice inpatient center in Providence.  Born on April 25th, 1940, in Providence to Louis Fico Sr and Maria Fico (Pinga).  Founder of Fico & Winograd Photographers, Louis spent many decades as a photographer up until retirement.  In his free time, you could find him keeping busy by his many weekends at the local flea markets. He was also an avid fisherman and proudly participated in all the major tournaments throughout Narragansett.
Louis was much more than just a beloved son, husband, father and friend. He was a pillar of strength, kindness and warmth in the lives of everyone who knew him.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia Fico (Cannone) and his two sons Richard Fico and his wife Kimberly Fico, his granddaughter Natalya Fico of Johnston His son Peter Fico his wife Heidi Fico of Cranston.  The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Rhode Island Hospital and Hope Hospice for their compassionate care and support during Louie’s final days. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 15th at 3 pm at Skeffington Funeral Home & Cremation 925 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence RI. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Burial will be private at the request of the family.
