Margaret Lynn (Reynolds) Slowinski

87, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 14, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard J. "Ski" Slowinski and her son, Mark F. Slowinski.  Her father, Hon. Charles F. Reynolds, former Mayor of Pawtucket, her mother, Sarah J. (Salisbury) Reynolds. Her brothers Dana Reynolds, Charles F. Reynolds Jr., James J. Reynolds, Joseph S. Reynolds, Michael F. Reynolds, Peter Reynolds and Paul Reynolds. She is survived by two sons, Bernard J. Slowinski of Franklin MA, and Peter D. Slowinski of N. Kingstown RI, 2 sisters, Sally R. DeSimone of Wakefield RI, Jane M. Andrews of New York, NY and 1 brother, J. Howard Reynolds of Rumford, RI. Lynn was known as "Nonnie" and loved by her grandchildren Elizabeth Slowinski of Portland, ME, Tiffany Campbell of Warwick, RI, Katherine Lee of Whitestone, NY, Amanda Adams of Greenville, RI, Kimberly Pierce of Coventry, RI, and Justin Slowinski of Woonsocket, RI and her beloved great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Andrew, Makayla, and Jake. She also leaves several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.  Lynn worked in the bakery for Almacs Market.  She enjoyed summers in Narragansett, RI, watching basketball, reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her many friends and loving family. Lynn could always be relied upon for her quick wit, honesty and kind words. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 20, 2020 from 4-8pm at JF Skeffington Funeral Home & Cremation, 925 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence.  Funeral services will follow Friday, February, 21, 2020 at 10am, at ST. Raymond’s Church 1240 North Main St., Providence with burial at Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Exeter, RI. In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital may be made.
