Mary J. Clarke

91, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019. She was daughter of the late Thomas & Margaret T. (O’Conner) Clarke. She formerly was a resident of Pawtucket. Mary graduated from Rhode Island College with a BA in 1949 and then a Masters Degree in 1959. She also attended Syracuse University. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma International. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St Joseph Church and Pawtucket Memorial Hospital, both in Pawtucket. She was a life-long parishioner of St Joseph Church and of the Women’s Club. Her funeral will be Saturday, January 19, at 10:15 am from the J. F. Skeffington Chapel, 925 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence followed by a mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church, 195 Walcott Street, Pawtucket at 11:15am. Visiting hours Saturday in the funeral home from 9-10:15am prior to the funeral. Burial will be St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
