Patricia A. Medici

Patricia A. Medici was born on May 13, 1936, and passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025, at St. Elizabeth's Home in East Greenwich, surrounded by her loving family.

She was the cherished daughter of the late Mary C. Biber and Thomas Clifford Leddy of Riverside. Patricia was predeceased by her former husband, Don, her sister Maureen Hurd, her nephew Thomas Chisholm & beloved brother in law Joseph G. Chisholm .

She is lovingly remembered by her son, Paul Medici, and her daughter, LeAnne Medici, both of Barrington, Rhode Island. Patricia is also survived by her sister, Carol J. Chisholm, and her brother, Dr. Thomas R. Leddy & his wife Gail and several family members including Elizabeth Leddy, JoAnn Chisholm Dueno, Kelly Beth Leddy, Erin Leddy,Billie Whisler, Cindy Blythe, Laurie McDonald, and Christopher Hurd.

A true animal lover, Patricia enjoyed long walks on the beach, often collecting driftwood and shells as a delightful pastime. She was an avid sports fan and knew the Red Sox stats at the blink of an eye.

A reader and a gifted writer. She saved her writings, mostly for her journals and her family. She had a great sense of humor. Pat started painting in her 80’s and was actually quite talented.

Patricia dedicated many years of her life as a lab technician at Roger Williams & phlebotomist at Miriam Hospital.

Pat’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional nurses and staff at St. Elizabeth Home for their unwavering care and compassion throughout Patricia's seven years there. We also wish to thank the HopeHealth hospice nurses who provided comfort during her final weeks.
