Peter O. Masterson

Peter O. Masterson, died at the age of 73 on December 5, 2018, after a courageous 2 year battle with Merkel cell carcinoma.  He is survived by his wife Sandra Masterson and son Dan.  He was the son of the late James and Marguerite (McEnneny) Masterson.

Peter was an active member of the Kent County Water Authority Board at the time of his death and a real estate consultant.

Besides his wife and son, he also leaves his devoted sisters and their husbands, Carole and Chuck Lamendola, Mary and Joe Mazza, and Pat and Bill Walsh.  He will be missed by many nieces and nephews, and their spouses, as well as his 10 great nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Peter leaves behind many friends and cousins who supported him through his illness.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 12 ^th at 12:00pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.  Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00am to 12:00pm.  Donations to Merkelcell.org in Peter’s name would be appreciated.
