Regina (Burns) Blair, 87, of South Kingstown passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side on Monday February 26th. She was the daughter of Rachel and James Burns, and sister to the late Lorraine DeCesaris. Regina was born in Providence and was a graduate of St. Xavier High School.

She was the loving wife of John L. (Jack) Blair who passed away in April. Jack and Regina met in high school when Jack was at LaSalle Academy. They were married for 64 years.

Regina loved her family, and her home near the ocean. She was a talented quilter and was recognized for her meticulous creations.

She is survived by her son John E. Blair of South Kingstown; her daughter Jennifer McGreenery and husband Mark of Orchid Beach, Florida; her daughter Allison Lees and husband Jim of Summit, NJ; her daughter Holly O’Connell and husband Kevin of Downingtown, Pennsylvania; her brother Captain Jim Burns of Warwick; eleven grandchildren, and a great grandson.

Services will be private.
