Regina M. Sprague

Regina M. Sprague – Shank (Snow), 92, of West Warwick passed away on August 16, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence E. Sprague and the former wife of the late Harry L. Shank. Born in Haverhill, MA, she was the daughter of the late Reginald and Della Snow.

She was employed by Allendale Insurance for 17 years retiring in 1994. She was an active member of Shepherd of the Valley United Methodist Church and a member of the Hope Historical Society.

She is survived by four children; Karen Bookbinder, Kevin Shank, Kregg Shank and Kathy Medeiros; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and four siblings, Reginald Snow, Robert Snow, Linda Thibeault and Mary Valliere. She was the sister of the late Gladys Valliere, Arlene Botelho, Roberta Wood and Walter Snow.

Funeral service Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Noon in the Shepherd of the Valley United Methodist Church, 604 Seven Mile Rd., Hope, RI. Burial will be private. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at the Carpenter – Jenks Funeral Home, 659 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE HILL SKEFFINGTON FUNERAL HOME OF EAST GREENWICH. In Lieu of flowers donations in Regina’s name may be made to the Shepherd of the Valley United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
