Stephen A. Northup

Stephen A. Northup, 73, of Warwick, passed away July 29, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.  He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary C. (Brison) Northup.  Born in East Greenwich, he was a son of the late Albert “Bo-Peep” and Jessie (Austin) Northup.

Mr. Northup worked as a service island attendant for Ryder Systems, Inc.  He had been an East Greenwich Volunteer Fireman, was an avid Patriots, Bruins and Red Sox fan and loved the water and fishing.

He loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his beloved children, Paula L. Breslin and her husband James, Stephen A. Northup, Jr. and his wife Michelle and Eric L. Northup and his wife Clara Festa; brothers, Harold and Scott Northup; grandchildren, Sean and Jenna Breslin, Samantha and Zachary Northup, Evan Allen and Tiffany Northup and her companion Devin Cunha; and great grandson, Jayden Cunha.  He was the brother of the late Lorraine Mills and Margaret LaCroix.

His funeral will be private.
