William R. House

William Ralph House, BMC, US NAVY (Ret.), age 97, formerly of East Greenwich and Brookdale Assisted Living of Coventry, passed away November 13, 2016 at Riverview Health and Rehab. of Coventry. He was the husband of the late Maria C. (Carloni) House. Born in Hiram, GA, he was the son of the late Henry and Mabel (Graham) House.

Mr. House had a 27 year career in the United States Navy, having served in WWII and Korea. He was an avid reader, master gardener, Patriots fan and Red Sox fan. In his younger years he likes traveling with his Navy buddies and enjoyed hiking and fishing.

He is survived by his children; William P. House and his wife Ellen, Richard J. House and his wife Margie and Maureen F. Seidel and her husband Clif, his 5 grandchildren; Raymond, Gwendolyn, Billy, Stephanie, and Ellen “Jr.”, his 10 great grandchildren; Zachary, Ryder, River, Sophia, Isabella, Braedan, Andrew, Aaron, Will and Meadow and his sister Louise Cochran.

His funeral will be private.
