William J. Souza

William J. Souza, 73, of Exeter, passed away April 6, 2019.  He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Diane M. (Schindler) Souza.  Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John F. and Agnes (Hogg) Souza.

Mr. Souza had been a bus driver for RIPTA for 37 years.  He was a Navy Vietnam Veteran and was an avid fisherman.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children; Brian J. Souza and his wife Deena and Michelle M. Dube and her husband Rob, grandchildren; Danielle and Jacob Souza and Emily and Madisen Dube and a sister, Arlene Petersen.

Funeral and burial will be private.  Calling hours:  Wednesday, April 10 ^th 4-7pm at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
