Willie James Peavy, Jr.

Willie James Peavy, Jr. passed away November 27th at Oakland Grove Nursing Home in Woonsocket. He was a resident of Woonsocket for over 45 years.  He was the son of the late Willie Peavy Sr and Odessa Carter of Alabama. He is survived by three sisters Patricia Koles of Baltimore Maryland, Cornella Ann Peavy Johnston and Analita Peavy both of Providence and his brothers Bruce W Peavy the late Ronald Lorenzo and Kevin L. Peavy. Willie was a shift supervisor at Tech Industries in Woonsocket. He loved motorcycles and bought a new Sazuki Boulevard in 2007 and named the bike “ Lucille”. He loved his bike and enjoyed riding. Services are private. Arrangements entrusted to the J.F. Skeffington Funeral Home and Cremations, 925 Chalkstone Ave., Providence.
